Responsibilities:
- Helping customers with all questions relating to products and services.
- Ensuring excellent customer service; managing complaints and ensuring appropriate follow-up; referring customer queries to other areas and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Interact with all other departments in order to resolve the customer’s issue.
- Presenting services and solutions according to the customer’s needs, demonstrating across-the-board product and service know-how services.
- Making sales of all types of products and services; ensuring the good and reporting to the Supervisor any problems that affect the normal functionality of the shop, service, or customer experience.
- Ensure and guarantee that the Company’s procedures and values are complied with.
- Ensure and follow procedures to the letter in order to avoid cases of fraud.
- Report to the Supervisor any breach of procedure or company policy.
- Presenting and promoting pre-paid services; assisting customers with the services in force.
- Registering and activating new customers; helping customers update their registration details.
- Assisting the customer in opening a contract.
- Receiving and channelling bill payments.
- Carry out renewals, cancellations, and line migrations.
- Helping customers to clarify issues relating to their contracts.
- Promoting the different types of solutions in force.
- Promoting the different services in force.
