Job Description

The main purposeof the Administrator is to manage employees’ times and training required and assistmanagement in the execution of their tasks.

Funções ou responsabilidades:

  • Manage switchboard professionally;
  • Receive calls and transfer to relevant person;
  • Make calls for staff;
  • Take messages and refer to the correct person. Reception duties;
  • Receive visitors;
  • Serve refreshments;
  • Make coffee and Tea;
  • Keep offices clean and Neat. Typing;
  • Type all documents as requested by management;
  • Prepare time sheets from clock machines. Administrative tasks;
  • Time Management – Managing of employee’s clocking’s;
  • File original leave documents;
  • Do labour filing;
  • Prepare Recruitments and Termination documentations;
  • Make Photostat copies on request;
  • Send and receive faxes and e-mail;
  • Scanning and filling;
  • Minute Taking;
  • Booking of training and medicals;
  • Managing Training Schedules;
  • Informing relevant supervisors of employees training;
  • Uploading of employee training documents onto HSEC Online (to be trained);
  • Managing HR (employee) system on HSEC online (this will be trained);
  • General Driving;
  • Office Neatness;
  • Receiving and dispatching;
  • Handle all refreshment and office functions.

Requisitos ou qualificações:

  • Grade 12;
  • 3 years experience;
  • Work procedures;
  • Telephone and office etiquette;
  • Language proficiency (English);
  • Meeting procedures;
  • Planning and coordinating;
  • Problem-solving;
  • Reading comprehension;
  • Task orientation;
  • Telephone handling;
  • Time management.
